Planning for Success

First, a representative of our company meets with you to see what is to be auctioned and to understand your expectations. Then, we evaluate and appraise the merchandise. We then present a proposal that details the auction date, time and location, cost of advertising, sales commission, and other specifics. When we agree on all the terms and conditions of the proposal, we initiate a contract.
We take great care to ensure that the auction conforms to the Uniform Commercial Code, state and local requirements. We verify title to property and notify creditors.
