Bob L. Manning, a native of Manila, Arkansas, has been in the auction industry since 1980 and has been a Texas resident since 1983.

Mr. Manning is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School of Kansas City, Missouri, and has earned one of the top designations in the auction industry, the Certified Auctioneers Institute designation from the University of Indiana. He is a member of the Texas Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. He is a past director of the Texas Auctioneers Association. The Texas Auctioneers Association inducted Bob into the Hall of Fame in 2010.
